Directions:
Cleanse your skin with a gentle body wash or soap during a shower or bath. Warm water helps open up your pores, allowing for better absorption of the body lotion.
After showering or bathing, gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing, as this can cause irritation. Leave your skin slightly damp to maximize the absorption of the body lotion.
Dispense a sufficient amount of lotion onto your palm or fingertips. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.
Gently massage the lotion into your skin using circular motions, focusing on areas prone to dryness such as elbows, knees, and heels. Apply the lotion evenly over your entire body, ensuring that all areas are covered.
